Affiliate Terms and Conditions & Agreement

This Affiliate Partner Agreement is between the affiliate (“You”) and arabellarosedress.com. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement and our Affiliate Program Policies.

1. Membership Requirements

To participate as an affiliate with arabellarosedress.com, you must:

a. Be a legal entity or an individual aged 18 years or older.

2. Affiliate Benefits

As an affiliate partner, you will have access to our Affiliate Program Platform, including tools and reports to track your performance. You will be eligible to enter into engagements with arabellarosedress.com for the purpose of promoting our products and services.

3. Payments and Fees

arabellarosedress.com is responsible for payments to you in accordance with the terms of the applicable engagement. We may adjust reports and payments if errors are identified. If your account remains inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months and the balance is zero, we reserve the right to close the account permanently.

4. License

Subject to the terms of this agreement, arabellarosedress.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Affiliate Program tools and platform solely for the purpose of promoting our products.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you provide or collect independently. arabellarosedress.com owns all data related to the Affiliate Program Platform.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless arabellarosedress.com from any claims arising out of your breach of this agreement, negligence, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
