2. Returns Policy
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes! We accept returns within 30 days for:
- Unworn/unwashed items
- Original tags attached
- Proof of purchase
Exclusions: Sale items, lingerie/swimwear
3. How to Return
- Log in to arabellarosedress.com
- Go to “Order History”
- Select “Return Item”
- Print the prepaid label (AU only)
4. Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees non-refundable.
5. International Orders
Q: Who pays for customs/duties?
A: Customers are responsible for:
- Import taxes
- Carrier processing fees
- Return shipping costs
6. Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Packaging images
We’ll replace or refund immediately.
7. Size Exchanges
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order.
- Email us for price adjustments.
8. Holiday Policy
Extended returns until January 10 for purchases made November 15–December 25.
